I forgot my password.
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot your password? We'll email you a code to set a new one. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.

How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Profile → Account settings → Account security → Delete account. This removes your profile, progress and friend connections straight away.

How do I report or block someone?
Tap their name on a leaderboard or friend request, then choose Report or Block. We review reports within 24 hours.

I lost my streak. Can I get it back?
On the first open after a missed day, the app offers a one-minute chance to repair it with coins. Once it's let go, it can't be restored.
